Brae is a fine-dining restaurant located on an organic farm in Birregurra (Victoria), owned and operated by chef Dan Hunter.
Brae farm produces organic vegetables, olives and olive oil, fruit, berries and honey for use in the restaurant and its six luxury guest suites.
Since opening its doors in December 2013, Brae has quickly risen to become an internationally recognised award-winning venue. It was number 58 on The World’s Best Restaurants list 2018. Three Hats 19/20 Good Food Guide 2019.
