From our studio in Collingwood, we design brands that form and inform the way people live. Brands that are read daily, visited often, and seen by many. Fundamental to our practice is a clear narrative experienced in great detail. From the minutiae to the monumental, every brand element is an opportunity for greater clarity and resonance. Grounded in the position that conscious design informs an unconscious impression, our brands are unconventional and layered. We design brands that speak, rather than shout.

We’re proud to partner with clients that include Broadsheet Media, Centre of Contemporary Photography, Merivale, Chandon and PwC, in addition to countless brands, big and small, that share our values.

We're a close-knit, sector-leading team with clear and easy-to-learn systems, processes and support structures to ensure a healthy and proactive work environment. During 'normal times' on Mondays, we enjoy a staff meal provided by the studio and head to the local pub every Friday for lunch. We host an ad-hoc series, 'Talk with TCYK', roughly every two months where we invite interesting people to talk about a topic they are knowledgeable and passionate about.

Despite the uncertainty that lockdown and restrictions bring, the TCYK team stays connected whilst working from home by coming together for weekly Show & Share meetings and Friday Night Knock-Offs over Zoom. Our culture of staff support, encouraged creativity and attention to detail keep TCYK a focused and collaborative place to be.
