La Bimba restaurant uses common sense practices in acquiring and preparation of food. Our restaurant is raised above street level on the Great Ocean Road and delivers beautiful views across Bass Strait. La Bimba values sourcing fruit and vegetables that are in season and local produce and ingredients; red meat, poultry and seafood. The red meat is reared by the restaurant owner and is organic, and the environment at the restaurant is created by rustic plating and sharing of meals by guests and complemented by unique and varied wines, sourced both locally and abroad.
