Situated over the pool at Bondi Beach, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar opened in 2002. This iconic restaurant was lead from the front by legendary Restauranteur and Service professional Maurice Terzini, achieving 2 Hats for 12 years. Icebergs Dining Room and Bar is made up of a team of hard working industry professionals. Over the years the dining room has seen members of our team rise to great heights and go on to do amazing things. We are honoured to have worked with such talented individuals and to continue working with our current extraordinary team every day. 2015 is an exciting year, after a recent renovation and the appointment of a new chef and kitchen team in 2014 we are ready to take this business to a new level this year.
