Sydney Event: Learn to Make Sri Lankan Street Food

The Hopper Kade team will share its secrets in this hands-on workshop.

Sick of cooking pasta for dinner? Expand your culinary creativity with this hands-on Sri Lankan street-food workshop from the expert team at Hopper Kade in Haymarket.

The hawker-style masterclass will teach you how to make hoppers, a pancake made from fermented rice flour and coconut milk that’s served with curries and desserts.

You’ll learn the secrets behind making the perfect hopper before getting a chance to try it yourself in the Hopper Kade kitchen. Participants will also receive a drink on arrival, a three-course tasting menu and a goodie bag to take home.

Tickets and more information here.

Sri Lankan Hopper Making Workshop is on Saturday, February 1 from 11am to 1.30pm at Hopper Kade, The Exchange 1 Little Pier Street, Haymarket. There will be multiple workshops throughout the month on February 1, 4, 15 and 18.
