Learn the essentials of espresso brewing from some of the best in the business.
Getting your foot in the door to the hospitality industry can be tough, particularly for aspiring baristas. Many courses cover the basics, but don't prepare you for serving coffee at the specialty level that Melburnians love and expect.
This half-day course run by the team at Padre will give you all the skills you need to serve specialty coffee at a high level. You'll get a detailed demonstration of all the equipment you'll need to use, learn the theory behind espresso coffee, practical lessons on texturing milk, working to industry standards and more.
Workbooks, stationary and endless caffeine are supplied. Classes are capped at four people, so that each participant gets all the attention they need.
