Role includes ensuring consistency of quality food standards of excellence during preparation and food service. Minimum commitment of 12 months.
Be the creative controller of the dessert section, working across menu writing, costing, ordering. Minimum 4 years of post-apprenticeship experience required.
Serve a fresh and creative menu inspired by the hawker-style street food of South-East Asia.
