Available Positions

There are currently four available positions at coca chu, Hamilton Island's modern South-East Asian restaurant.

Commis Chef

The awe-inspiring coca chu Kitchen has a rare and exciting opportunity for a skilled and capable commis chef to join its team.

Demi Chef

Role includes ensuring consistency of quality food standards of excellence during preparation and food service. Minimum commitment of 12 months.

Chef de Partie

Be the creative controller of the dessert section, working across menu writing, costing, ordering. Minimum 4 years of post-apprenticeship experience required.

Food and Beverage Attendent

Serve a fresh and creative menu inspired by the hawker-style street food of South-East Asia.
