This is a hands-on role bridging design, production, and project management. You'll work closely with our designers, makers, and suppliers to coordinate the technical development and manufacture of our products, from prototyping and sampling through to production and delivery.
Coco Flip is a small furniture and lighting design studio, established in 2010. We're a small, passionate team creating high-quality, original furniture and lighting pieces that blend timeless craftsmanship with contemporary design. Based in Melbourne, we work closely with local makers and suppliers to bring thoughtful, refined objects to life for residential and commercial clients across Australia and beyond.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented and organised Production & Technical Development Coordinator to join us and play a key role in turning ideas into reality—ensuring designs are technically resolved, beautifully made, and delivered on time.
This is a permanent part-time role (3–4 days per week) based in our Northcote studio.
We’re a small, creative team looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to take the lead on production and operations. In this role, you'll oversee the production, assembly, and packaging of our lighting and furniture collections, manage inventory, refine technical specifications, and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
We're after someone who’s passionate about design, thrives on problem-solving, and enjoys working collaboratively to bring beautiful objects to life.

Work in a tight-knit, creative team where your input matters
Be part of a growing brand committed to sustainability and quality craftsmanship
