All Things Equal is an innovative social-enterprise providing purposeful paid employment, training and work-readiness for people with disability in the hospitality industry. Our Balaclava cafe is staffed by our all-abilities crew and is central to the work we do. Through this supportive hospitality environment, we help trainees develop essential transferable work skills, along with communication skills, while fostering community connection.
