Amy Roberts, who founded Trailer Made in August 2013 established the business based on the following beliefs. To use seasonal ingredients to enhance the quality of each meal. To use biodegradable packaging to minimise harmful waste and to provide restaurant quality food, developed and cooked by a qualified chef.

Owner Amy says, “I feel a trailer best combines my love of travel and meeting new people. The trailer allows me to serve a wide population of people without being weighted down.”
