Briars Historic Inn is an iconic pub, hotel and wedding venue in the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands. Set in a original historic Georgian Inn (est.1845), Briars Historic Inn has a true country atmosphere and is a favourite haunt for locals with its intimate bars and contemporary food. Boutique ales are available on tap and we have an extensive wine list that includes local varieties.

Briars Historic Inn has numerous private dining rooms, covered and uncovered outdoor dining space, extensive gardens and a children's play area.

Adjacent to the pub is the Briars Garden Conservatory, which hosts between 45-50 weddings per annum and is also a great venue for conferences.
