We are an owner operated business making ice cream and sorbet for our retail store and wholesale. We supply restaurants and cafes across Melbourne with custom flavours. Unlike a commercial kitchen which is hot and often high stress we are the opposite. The kitchen is a small team of 2 to 4 people. The hours vary according to the season. We are busy in summer and less so in the colder months. You have an opportunity to be part of this gun team. The hours are flexible but it is essential that you are ready to work across the summer. The kitchen operates Monday to Friday - very very rarely on the weekends. Never at nights. This is an opportunity to learn new skills and have your evenings and weekends free.
