Meet Gerard Cafe is an exciting new corner cafe in Alexandria only two weeks from opening! We are proud to be showcasing specialty coffee by COFFEE ALCHEMY, and sourcing fresh local produce for a creative menu of classics with a twist. Meet Gerard is a joint venture by two friends, a chef and a barista, who are passionate about the cafe world.

BARISTA

The right applicant will need: - A broad knowledge of specialty coffee - Some experience with alternative brewing methods - Strong latte art skills - Be comfortable working on a Linea PB 3 group, mazzer Kold and EK43 -Be passionate, self-motivated, reliable, with great customer skills. This role is full-time, approx 35-40hrs per week. Mon-Sat, Days only, no nights, no Sundays. Dream job for the right applicant!
