Sydney's iconic Surry Hills restautant, Porteño comes straight from the kitchens of Argentina via the imagination and culinary artistry of chefs and owners, Ben Milgate and Elvis Abrahanowicz. Along with Joe Valore the three opened their first restaurant Bodega in 2006, Porteño and Gardel's Bar followed. The group are expanding with the opening of Bodega 1904, located at the Tramsheds in Glebe and the launch of the the new event space on Cleveland Street.
The Porteno group is looking for the right candidate to join their behind the scenes team and assist with running reservations and administration for six of Sydney's leading restaurants.
