Morris Jones

Morris Jones Restaurant and Cocktail Bar serves contemporary Australian cuisine by Head Chef Matthew Butcher and cocktails of distinction in our lively bar and garden courtyard.

Our 1887 landmark heritage warehouse building has been transformed by architect Russell & George with the 1960's classic French film, 'A Bout de Souffle' and its legendary charismatic lead actor Jean-Paul Belmondo served as leitmotiv in the design inspiration.

Morris Jones' philosophy is about creating delicious, quirky and playful food with a touch of theatre. Our wine list seeks to unearth unique and exotic wines to match Matthew Butcher's quirky cuisine and our cocktails are crafted to be exquisite and memorable.
