I took over this existing business two years ago, after moving here from London where I had been working in the hospitality industry for many years. My vision with this project is to use the freshest, local ingredients, sourcing as much as possible from on our doorstep in Victoria. We serve good, honest food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and although professional and serious we also enjoy what we do and so it creates a friendly working environment.
