Enjoying a cold beer and a big burger in a bar crammed full of vintage neon signs Bob just knew he was ready to share his very own vintage sign collection in his very own burger bar back in Melbourne.

While Bob knew he could cool the beer and hang the signs, he needed help to make good burgers so he enlisted his hospitality mate Mike Hoyle to create some very special ones. After a few months and much guidance from Mike, Bob's dream soon became a reality with the opening of Fat Bob's Bar & Grill.
