Stillwater Restaurant and Seven Rooms is located in Launceston, Tasmania, in the heart of the Tamar Valley. Stillwater is situated at the mouth of the Tamar River in an historic flour mill and is a multi-award winning business which showcases the best local produce that can be sourced. Our wine lists feature a majority of local wines, beers, gins, vodkas, whiskeys in additional to local tea, coffee and kombucha, however we also have a focused list of interstate and international to whet most appetites.

Recognised as an employer of choice (the first hospitality organisation to achieve this in Tasmania) we employ approximately 55 people in peak period. and work hard at providing and maintaining an exceptional workplace for everyone involved. Whilst we're serious and passionate about what we do, we try not to take ourselves too seriously and aim to have fun and take people along the journey with us. In addition to the restaurant we have seven carefully and thoughtfully designed rooms on site, this has created a truly special Tasmanian experience.
