Stillwater Restaurant is located in an old 1830's flour mill in Launceston. With a strong reputation Stillwater has been operating since 2000. We offer breakfast and lunch 7 days a week with a strong focus on the best local produce. Our coffee is specially blended and roasted for us by a local company called Ritual. Dinner is when Stillwater really shines with a more contemporary approach to fine dining. We offer degustation and a la carte with a heavy focus on local beer, wine and whisky.
Black Cow Bistro opened in December 2008 and is busy, fast paced environment, open 7 nights a week specialising in grass fed Tasmanian beef.
Whilst the Providore is 14 years old, we have owned the store since July 2014 and stock all the finest in Tasmanian produce from fresh food, preserves, wine, whisky and gin to timber ware, ceramics, jewellery, books and so much more.
We employ approximately 65 staff across our three businesses and work hard at providing and maintaining an exceptional workplace for everyone involved. We are also recognised as Tasmania's first hospitality business to be acknowledged as an Employer of Choice.
All three of our businesses are multi-award winning (both local and nationally recognised awards) with business owners and team members being recognised for their personal contributions and abilities to the industry, we are serious about what we do but have a lot of fun whilst doing so!
