Carlisle Wine Bar is an intimate casual fine dining offer. We have 50 seats in and 20 out. Large bar area and kitchen plating up rustic Italian cuisine. Our head Chef is great at sharing his vast knowledge of cookery and flavour usage. Our bar has an extensive wine and spirits listing to cater for all levels of diners. We are modern owners with vast hospitality experience and constantly improving ourselves with industry insights and trends to better our restaurant.
