Highline has just been awarded a Chef's Hat by Australian Good Food & Travel Guide for 2015 after only being open for 3 months. Come and see what everyone is talking about!

The Railway Hotel 24 Hour Bottleshop has a wide range of products including over 280 white wines, 400 red wines, 78 sparkling wines, 35 Champagnes, 100 beers, 90 ciders and over 360 spirits. We have a particular focus on Australian wines with a very extensive wine collection that includes many vintages of Penfolds Grange, RWT, St Henri and Bin 707 as well as Henschke's Hill of Grace.

The Public Bar is an informal brasserie with a menu designed around home style food perfect for families or friends catching up for a drink. Family feasts include fragrant lamb shoulder, slow cooked beef ribs or roast chicken with apricot and pine nut stuffing. Snacks such as pork nuggets, fish fingers, beer battered onion rings, anchovy toasties, pork scratching and spiced pea nuts are designed for the drinking crowd.

Both the Deck Bar and Highline restaurant have city views where both drinkers and diners can sit and watch the world go by. In our restaurant we have created a more formal space where we highlight unique Australian produce. Simon Tarlington was a Young Chef of the Year Finalist (2014) and has most recently worked at Quay in Sydney with Peter Gilmour. His focus is on fresh flavours, seasonal produce and sustainable practices.

We also have a fully self contained Function Room to cater for all your Corporate events, Birthday parties, Reunions, Dinner parties etc.
