Head Barista

The successful candidate will be confident and capable to meet the following standards:

• Minimum of one years experience as a head barista in specialty coffee
• Confident overseeing all aspects of bar operations (including rostering, ordering, stock taking, menus)
• Good level of wine, beer and cocktail knowledge
• Deliver an outstanding hospitality experience for all customers
• Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings
• Assess and train staff in all aspects of bar operations
• Lead the team during shifts
