The Everleigh is an intimate cocktail bar, inspired by the Golden Era of fine drinking. Home to Melbourne regulars and internationals alike, the expert team deliver warm, intuitive service alongside world class drinks. 

Since launching in 2011, The Everleigh has grown from strength to strength with recognition across Australia and around the world. We want the next addition to our team to continue driving The Everleigh.

The Everleigh pays homage to the art and finesse of everything that encompasses the classic cocktail - a strong knowledge base, ability to think outside of the norm and having a strong sense of what it means to be truly customer centric.

Who we are looking for:

• A service based hands-on bartender who is also comfortable on the floor caring for our guests and is able to embody our ethos: People Before Drinks.
• Experienced in all facets of bar operations, with a focus on Classic Cocktails.
• A talent for multi tasking and problem solving - having the ability to reach into your knowledge tool box and be solutions focused.
• Communication is essential to be successful in this venue. You will need to be confident, organised, and thoughtful when interacting with our guests and colleagues.
• A strong work ethic. 
• Approximately 24-30 hours per week and available on the weekends.
• Let's talk experience - A minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry in a similar style venue. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of The Classics and an appreciation for service and engagement.

To succeed we believe in providing support and education to all our people.  This role will be supported by the Bar Manager and the Leadership team.
