This May, restaurateur Chris Lucas will introduce Canberra to a brand-new French concept in the heart of the nation's capital.

Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society, Grill Americano, Carlotta, Tombo Den and Maison Batard. About the Opportunity:
Full-time and casual positions are available for Experienced Waitstaff to join our opening team. Be a part of a restaurant group dedicated to excellence and delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.
This opportunity is based in Canberra and requires relocating.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- At least 1 year experience working as a Section Waitstaff
- Experience in a premium a-la-carte restaurant is highly regarded
- Can demonstrate a 3-plate carry is advantageous
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Adaptable and have a "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Friendly, approachable demeanour and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn on-the-fly
- Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Valid RSA Certificate
