With plush red velvet and moody lighting setting the tone, it serves a supper club-style offering of dinner and a show, with live entertainment programming every Friday and Saturday night, and select additional dates. Also on the menu in this decadent subterranean space: bottle service, shared signature cocktails and a menu of French-leaning supper bites.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry’s finest Cocktail Waitstaff to deliver the best-in-class experience for our guests. You ideally thrive in fast-paced, late-night settings and enjoy creating unforgettable guest experiences.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Experience as a Waitstaff in a premium venue
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Can 3-plate carry is highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Availability to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays
- A valid RSA certificate
