About the Opportunity:
Lucas Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with a number of new restaurants opening in the next 6-12 months.
To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for an industry leading Restaurant General Managers to join the group and deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Demonstrated experience as a General Manager in either a premium dining environment or high volume casual environment
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and exceeding targets
- Business acumen and strong understand of financials
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience with Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Tertiary qualification in management
- A valid RSA Certificate
