About the Role We're on the hunt for a high-energy, people-loving legend to represent our brand at markets and events. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love talking to people, and can sell with a smile, this is the gig for you.
We exhibit at about 8-10 events a year so looking for someone to assist in various locations in Melbourne.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help setting up and styling our market/event stall
- Engaging with customers, sharing our brand story, and making sales
- Providing the best customer service—because we want people to love us as much as you do
- Handling payments and keeping stock in check
- Packing down at the end of the event
What We’re Looking For
- Someone energetic, friendly, and confident
- A natural people-person who can chat to anyone and make a sale
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a bonus
- Reliability—events don’t run themselves, and we need you there on time
- Ability to lift and set up stall equipment (nothing crazy, but you should be able to handle a marquee and some stock boxes)
