Cooking delicious food! You’ll be working with top-quality local produce and an ever-evolving menu.
Organisation: Run your section with confidence — oversee prep, ordering, and service while supporting the team to hit the same goals.
Communication: A key ingredient in our kitchen — we value openness, teamwork, and a bit of banter.
Energy: Bring a positive, can-do attitude and work seamlessly with both kitchen and FOH crew.
Food & Hygiene: Maintain excellent standards in food safety, cleanliness, and personal presentation.
Skills: Solid cookery skills and the ability to follow recipes to achieve consistent, high-quality dishes.
Leadership: For the right person, there’s room to step up — contributing to menu development, managing costs, and guiding the team.
