Since opening its doors in 2013, NOMAD has grown from a singular vision into one of edition's most celebrated restaurants, with venues in Sydney and Melbourne. We are thrilled to announce that the next chapter will unfold in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.
NOMAD Brisbane will carry forward what has defined us from the beginning, generous hospitality, exceptional produce and dining experiences shaped by connection.
Inspired by journeys through Spain, Morocco and the Middle East, and grounded in a deep appreciation for Australia's extraordinary farmers, growers and producers, NOMAD has always drawn together influences from near and far. Its food is guided by a sense of place, celebrating local ingredients while embracing the flavours, techniques and traditions that have become synonymous with NOMAD.
While connected to its Sydney and Melbourne counterparts, NOMAD Brisbane will be distinctly its own. Shaped by its location and its community it will be a restaurant that feels both familiar and new.
The Opportunity
As NOMAD prepares to open its doors in Brisbane, we are seeking Front of House, Kitchen and Beverage Team Members across all levels, including Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Head Sommelier, Bar Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef, CDP's, Junior Chefs, Section Waiters and Bartenders to join our opening team.
This is an opportunity to be part of a restaurant from the very beginning, working with exceptional Australian produce, helping shape a new chapter of the NOMAD story, and contributing to a venue that reflects the spirit and ambition of NOMAD and edition.
