Johnny’s Green Room is on the hunt for a passionate Front of House leader to join our team. Whether you’re a seasoned FOH Manager or a strong Supervisor ready to step up, we’re open to shaping the role around the right person.

Previous experience in a Supervisor or FOH Manager role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confidence in running busy services
A hands-on attitude — you lead from the floor, not the office
Solid bar knowledge (cocktails, wine, the classics)
A genuine love for hospitality and people
Availability across weekends and peak periods
A fun, energetic workplace with a strong team culture
Opportunity to grow into a management role (if not already there)
