About Opus Coffee Brewers
Established in Wollongong in 2016, Opus Coffee Brewers has been hand-rolling and boiling bagels on Keira street every morning since (some 264,625 bagels and counting). The cafe offers a considered menu of baked goods handmade in-house. You’ll find hand rolled sesame bagels, salted cookies, loaded muffins along with plenty of bagel options.
Offering Single O out of Surry Hills on house with rotating guest roasters in every month on black / filter. You’ll always find a hot fresh filter on tap or something cool on V60.
Opus has shown me exactly what a healthy workplace looks like! Surrounded by so many friendly faces, work never actually feels like work. Such a bustling and vibrant environment requires great communication and teamwork skills, and the team at Opus has that covered. Learning how to be a part of the well-oiled machine has been one of the most valuable and applicable skills that I’ve gained.
Having three group venues gives the kitchen crew heaps of space for free hands and creativity. Chris the owner often encourages bespoke creativity and trendy offerings. The odd Instagram shared story for inspo isn't unusual.
