The Fresh Collective manages the event services, restaurants and cafés in a number of iconic venues across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane including: ACMI, Australian Chamber Orchestra, Australian Theatre for Young People, Bangarra Dance Theatre, Bell Shakespeare, Immigration Museum, Melbourne Museum, Melbourne Theatre Company, Riverlife, Roslyn Packer Theatre, Royal Exhibition Building, St Kilda Town Hall, Strathfield Golf Club, The UNSW Lounge, The Art Gallery of NSW, The National Portrait Gallery and The Australian Museum, Waters Edge.

With over forty years of experience in event catering, Peter McCloskey has guided and built The Fresh Collective into the successful catering and events business that it is today employing a team of dedicated professionals, who are among the best in the industry.
Fresh event catering is delivered by a team of highly experienced supervisors, chefs and waiters who ensure a seamless experience paying attention to every small detail.
