We are a family of two venues on the Far South Coast of NSW, in a bloody beautiful town called Merimbula. We are looking for experienced people who are on the verge of burning out, because they are so passionate about our industry and looking to flip the table and change their scenery.

Normally we are a very seasonal town, but with regional travel turning things up we are needing to beef up our venues for a busy year.

VALENTINA //  A 55 seat Coastal Australian restaurant that has a focus on classic, simple and delicious food. It has the best views Merimbula lake has to offer and it truly feels like you’re on holiday in the medeteranian.

 DULCIE’S COTTAGE // A bar that has found life in a beach cottage with a garden and a small blue caravan that we serve burgers out of. The cottage overlooks the ocean and has the vibe of your boozy Grandma’s house.

While the venues both have a different offering, our style throughout is offering casual yet professional service where everyone’s personality has room to shine though. We are are looking for people who are fun, hardworking and share the goal of giving our customers the best experience they possibly can.
