Brae

Brae, owned and operated by Chef Dan Hunter, is Good Food Guide's 2020 Restaurant of the Year. The restaurant has a strict focus on sustainability and is located on a working organic farm on the outskirts of Birregurra, 1.5 hours south-west of Melbourne. Brae Farm produces organic vegetables, olives, grain, fruit, berries and honey for use in the restaurant and its six luxury guest suites.

Since opening its doors in December 2013, Brae has risen to become an internationally recognised award-winning venue, representing Australia in The World's 50 Best Restaurants listing and holding Three Hats with the Good Food Guide.
