Our ‘2 hatted’ restaurant Wickens offers a distinctive, nature-based degustation menu focusing on the highest quality home grown produce. From patch to plate and farm to fork, this produce dictates the changing dishes depending on what's in season in our region. Our more casual space, Parker St Project is designed to bring people together through sharing menus, highlighting home grown and local ingredients.

The Royal Mail Hotel's cellar is characterised by an uncompromising dedication to providing one of the most comprehensive and varied collections of wine in Australia, with the aim of providing depth of vintage at all levels. The Cellar houses a selection of 2,300 local and imported wines from a wine inventory of 26,000 bottles.
