A little update from us: we’re back in full flight and have some exciting news. Job search on Scout has surged significantly over the past fortnight and applications have been piling in. So if you have positions that need filling, or anticipate a job opening in the short-to-mid term, now’s the time to be proactive.
This upward trend was expected. According to a recent Indeed study, 20 per cent of people make finding a new job of one their new year’s resolutions.
The upcoming period has also historically been peak season on Scout. Last year, job applications increased by 60 per cent between January and February. Also, job-seeker traffic on the job pages has reached record levels each year between January and March since Scout was launched in 2015.
