Key accountabilities:

A marketing specialist role that will see you identifying new opportunities for our business, that generate new customers and grow existing customers, and building and coordinating plans to grow the Padre Coffee business in QLD.

Responsibilities:

• Brand ambassadorship - building awareness of the Padre Coffee brand in the QLD market through targeted events for current and potential new Padre customers.
• Working with existing customers to ensure they are proactively sharing the Padre Coffee story, by delivering an exceptional Padre Coffee experience, by word of mouth and through testimonials, supporting the growth in inbound leads.
• Become a specialist in Padre Coffee products to ensure you can showcase them to the best effect, to existing and potential new customers.
• Work with the wider marketing team to support implementation of marketing initiatives within the QLD market.
• Track coffee pricing in the QLD market and work with the National Sales Manager and the wider marketing team to ensure that we set the right RRP for Padre products within the QLD market based on competitor pricing and our market positioning.

Who you are:

You love coffee. You have excellent skills in marketing and customer relationships, thriving when you are building a brand and creating long-term positive, lasting relationships with customers.

You understand the needs of café owners, their baristas and have a solid knowledge of Specialty Coffee & Brewing Equipment.  

You’re organized, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills that allow you to keep on top of multiple projects at once. You value genuine, long-lasting relationships and take pride in helping others succeed. 

You take pride in your work and enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative team environment. 

Core attributes, capabilities and experience:

• Knowledge of coffee, coffee equipment and industry – specialty coffee, hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and at least 2 years' experience.
• Positive outlook and attitude
• Ability to work well within a team and individually
• Current Drivers Licence
