Territory Manager – Central Coast, Newcastle & Hunter Region

Who We Are
BlendCo is a family-based company servicing the Hospitality sector throughout Australia. We are currently experiencing significant growth and have a position available on the Central Coast of NSW.

BlendCo sells and supports several coffee, tea and machinery brands. Our brands include Woolshed Coffee Roasters, The Ants Pants Espresso, NorthSouth Espresso, Amber Organic Espresso, Hyphen and equipment brands such as Bravilor, La Marzocco and San Remo.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Sales professional  to join our team and help grow our client base in the food and beverage industry within the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Region.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales by building strong relationships and leveraging your knowledge of our market-leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients to
generate growth.
* Provide professional and efficient customer service, exceeding client expectations.
* Create clear and effective proposals and quotations.
* Plan and organise your sales strategy.
* Stay informed about product applications, technical services, market conditions, and competitive trends.


Requirements
If you are passionate about food & beverage, this is the opportunity for you.
* Valid driver’s licence.
* Proven experience in sales and negotiation.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong business development skills.
* High-level customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Energetic, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
* Experience in the food and service industry.
