Motor Mechanic

Job Responsibilities:
As a Motor Mechanic, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest performance and safety standards. Your duties will include:

Diagnosing and Repairing:

• Detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in engines and vehicle parts.
• Utilizing computer diagnostics to test and identify issues in vehicle systems.

Component Maintenance and Repair:

• Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and other components for inspection.
• Repairing or replacing worn and defective parts and reassembling mechanical components using service manuals as needed.
• Testing and adjusting repaired mechanical parts to ensure optimal performance.

Scheduled Maintenance:

• Conducting routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrication, and engine tune-ups, ensuring smoother vehicle operations and compliance with pollution regulations.

Vehicle Inspections:

• Inspecting vehicles and issuing road-worthiness certificates or identifying required repairs to meet road worthiness standards.

Emergency Support:

• Responding to vehicle breakdown service calls as needed.
