Cleopatra's Bling is seeking a highly motivated, driven and organised individual to manage our flagship store.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven manager to lead our team and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, skilled in team management, and adaptable for various tasks.
Ideally you have:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a busy environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends (one weekend day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Oversee visual merchandising alongside our Art Director
- Analyze sales trends and create action plans to meet goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Full time, based in store in Collingwood, Victoria.
