Role Bits:
As a Projects Coordinator, you’ll be managing the day-to-day requirements in the marketing of a lighting design company. Being a small business, having a broad range of skills in marketing, communications at all junctures. From research to creativity and implementation to analysing the effectiveness. You need to be well organised, able to work unsupervised and want to make cool things. A strong background in digital is favourable. We were not lying when we are looking for a broad range of skills, the role could entail any of the following:
Organising Marketing tasks: Logging and prioritise jobs in to workflow software, setting timeframes to review complete work. Writing brief, with deliverables and a budget.
Content Creation: Blog posts, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the presence on social media, interacting with followers, and analysing engagement metrics, running competitions etc.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Event/production Coordination: Organize and coordinate events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches to increase brand visibility. Organising photoshoots, video shoots.
Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to the company’s brand guidelines.
Website Management: Ensuring content is up to date, optimizing for SEO, and improving user experience.
Performance/SEO/AdWords Analysis: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, website content and initiatives using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
