Section Waiters

FRENCH SALOON is a beautiful first floor restaurant open from Tuesday-Saturday for Lunch & Dinner along with and a private events space.

We are looking for casual positive & motivated Section Waiters who enjoy working with great wine, amazing food and have chosen front of house as their profession.  

Ideally candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in a one-hat restaurant or wine bar environment and be someone who wants to make a long-term commitment to developing their skills and take their food & wine knowledge to the next level.

Working together with our downstairs sister business, Kirks Wine Bar, you will be surrounded by like minded professionals who love sharing their wine knowledge and passion for delivering top-level hospitality service.

The successful candidate will ideally:

• Have an appreciation & sound knowledge of food, wine & service
• Have an eye for detail and enjoy doing things the right way
• Well presented with excellent grooming standards
• Demonstrate the ability to stay calm during a busy service
• Wish to develop, expand and challenge their wine knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with both our customers and colleagues
