We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in table service, beverage preparation, and a sound knowledge of wine and wine service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional table service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages efficiently, and manage customer requests.
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Offer wine recommendations and pairings, demonstrating a solid understanding of varietals and regions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the service area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of wine, including service techniques and food pairings.
- Ability to prepare a variety of beverages with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
