Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic FOH Team Member to join our fun, fast-paced team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and the ability to think on their feet. We’re also looking for someone eager to grow within the role and take on more responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Service: Provide exceptional customer service while efficiently serving food events.
- Creative Presentation: Collaborate with the team to design and maintain stunning, creative buffet presentations that align with event themes.
- Organization: Keep service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked, ensuring smooth event operations.
- Time Management: Work effectively under pressure to meet event timelines and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all elements of the food and service meet or exceed client expectations.
- Adaptability: Think quickly on your feet to resolve issues, support teammates, and maintain service flow.
- Teamwork: Work closely with a friendly and collaborative team to deliver seamless events.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative flair for food presentation and an interest in visual aesthetics.
- Basic barista knowledge and experience (training can be provided).
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine team player.
