About CHAM: CHAM (Chàm), meaning 'indigo' in Vietnamese, fuses vibrant Vietnamese traditions with Melbourne's laid-back café culture. We offer expertly crafted coffee, fun and unique drinks from Vietnam, innovative Vietnamese flavors, and a curated space showcasing fashion and handcrafted goods – where culture, taste, and creativity meet!
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a cafe (barista and FOH).
- Strong coffee knowledge or a keen desire to master it.
- Genuine interest in Vietnamese flavors and cultural fusion.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Must have weekend availability.
- Australian work rights are essential.
