Shop Manager - Sweet Ground Torquay Sweet Ground Torquay is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Shop Manager to lead our team. We're looking for someone who will treat the business as if it were their own--taking pride in its day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. About you: * Proven experience in a management role * Passion for health, wellness, and current health trends * Ability to make quality coffee * Reliable, punctual, and consistent * A supportive team player who shows up for their team * Calm and capable under pressure, with the ability to manage busy and stressful periods * Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service About the role: * Manage daily shop operations * Lead, support, and coordinate staff * Oversee ordering and stock control * Work closely with the kitchen team * Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high-quality food standards Our salad bar is health-focused, and we have a loyal customer base who visit regularly. Building strong relationships with our customers and providing a friendly, consistent experience is key to encouraging them to return.
