Position Overview:
We are looking for Experienced Kitchen Hands to support our kitchens in our production kitchens and venues across Melbourne.  All venues offer regular shifts throughout the week, with additional opportunities available on weekends. Flexible rosters are available with both day and night shifts.
  
Main Duties:

• General kitchens wash up - dishes, floors, walls, benches, kitchen equipment.
• Deep cleaning and organising spaces - fridge, freezer, storeroom cleaning and organising as per food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintaining an organised kitchen space, where everything has a place and is easily accessible.
• Bin disposal, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Showing a commitment to our recycling program by separating recyclable, general and food waste.
• Assisting, when required, in other kitchen duties.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience in a kitchen hand role - over 1 year preferred.
• Reliability to commit to shifts rostered as per your availability.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
