Market Lane Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and retailer, founded in Melbourne/Naarm in 2009. We have nine coffee shops across Melbourne, and a roasting facility and head office in Brunswick East.

At Market Lane, we put our hearts and souls into sourcing and roasting exceptional coffees that delight our customers every day. Our goal is to make great coffee accessible and exciting, and easy to brew and enjoy. With an emphasis on high quality coffee, environmentally sustainable practices, ethical and transparent relationships, and community participation and support, we actively work to create a future in which good coffee is good for everyone – from the individuals and communities that produce the coffee, to the team members who roast and brew it, through to the customers who drink and enjoy it.

We care about our team and actively work to create a culture that is positive, collaborative and supportive. We invest in training and development, and provide all team members with a coffee allowance, access to a Mental Health Fund and paid volunteer work to give back to the community.
