Our friends at Broadsheet will soon be launching an exciting new restaurant in Melbourne. It’s called Broadsheet Kitchen, and it promises to be unlike anything you’ve seen before.
More than just a restaurant, the Broadsheet Kitchen will also be an incubator, testing ground and platform for the country’s most talented and ambitious food minds to get their start.
The venue will be home to four rotating food concepts over a year.
To be chosen, selected candidates will to need pitch their ideas to a panel of judges representing the very best of dining in Australia.
The talent behind each residency will receive mentoring not only from restaurant-industry leaders, but people who are at the top of their games in creative, commercial and entrepreneurial fields.
Anyone from any state is eligible to enter. This restaurant may be in Melbourne, but it’s for everyone, Australia-wide. Calls for entries will be announced in the coming weeks.
