When we think of cheese and drink pairings, normally wine is the first thing that springs to mind. But in typical Moon Dog experimental fashion, the independent brewery is teaching us how to pair cheese with beer.
The brewery’s mega-venue Moon Dog World will host a Masterclass run by one of the brand’s founders and a cheesemonger from Cheese Culture. Participants will get six Moon Dog beers (including some ultra-rare drops) to pair with six internationally curated cheeses, as well as lessons on flavour profiles, pairing techniques and more.
A perfect two-hour class for beer lovers, cheese fans or anyone looking to challenge their flavour palette.
