This New App Helps You Master Social Media for Your Business

Simply Social helps business owners get on top of their social media management by providing 24/7 support, access to analytics and helpful content from industry experts.

A great online presence has always been important for businesses, but the events of 2020 mean that social media platforms have become critical to helping brands survive and grow. It can be difficult to understand social media for business at the best of times, but the new Simply Social app is helping business owners navigate online platforms professionally and utilise them to the best of their capabilities.

The app acts as a “social media manager in your pocket” and helps keep on top of things such as analytics, sales, feed planning and scheduling. Users also get round-the-clock real time feedback from social media experts on any questions they have. There are also podcasts from industry experts in the app covering best practice on different social platforms, as well as a notes section.

Simply Social director Indianna Roehrich says she launched the app in order to help businesses seeking guidance on how to effectively change their social media strategies in response to Covid-19.

“When the second lot of restrictions hit Melbourne, we experienced a surge in small businesses asking for help with social media. My phone was off the hook,” she says. “Business owners wanted to know what to do next, what trends to follow, how many posts they should be doing each week, what platforms to be on – the list goes on.”

Stepping up your social media game is a more complex task than it might seem at first, but Roehrich says the best way to build your social media presence is to use all the resources at your disposal, and set something up as soon as you can.

“My top tip is to just get started! Our app provides a holistic, humanised and cost-effective service to help you on your social media journey.”

The app is free to download until November 18, with a monthly subscription fee of $39.99. You can download it here.
