“When the second lot of restrictions hit Melbourne, we experienced a surge in small businesses asking for help with social media. My phone was off the hook,” she says. “Business owners wanted to know what to do next, what trends to follow, how many posts they should be doing each week, what platforms to be on – the list goes on.”
